Our product and design experts started the day by delivering two talks about the role of the product team and each contributor alongside how design practices can support other realms of work and not just products.
Just as the smell of the breakfast pastries dwindled, Parul Singh - Recruitment Marketing Partner and Neurodiversity Advocate at xDesign - took to the stage to explore neurodiversity in the hiring process and used nostalgic video games to help relay her message. Yes, PacMan did make an appearance.
Our day finished on a high with our engineering department delivering several lightning talks and exploring topics such as Cyber Security, Green coding and Generative AI.
If you’d like to check out what happened on the day - or rewatch any of the sessions - you’re in luck, as they are all live on our YouTube channel. You can watch all of our videos below.
