xDesign have announced today the acquisition of Mobile and Web Agency Bemo.
xDesign will acquire the assets, people, and customer contracts of Bemo and the business will eventually operate under the xDesign brand.
The expanded business will grow xDesign’s headcount to over 60 and xDesign will continue to serve Bemo’s clients from their Edinburgh office with transfer of operations and staff occurring on the 3rd of February 2020. With Matt Farrugia, Bemo CEO, being part of the combined business during a transitionary period.
