Internal Communications Partner - 12 month FTC

About the role and team:

We care about hiring great people so you'll be working with a team that cares. We support each other with challenges, push each other to develop and grow and celebrate success together. We are looking for an experienced communications specialist to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract, this role sits within our People department and is vital to our internal communication strategy for 2024 and beyond. 

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Creating, coordinating, and delivering internal communications and content in line with our company strategy
  • Supporting the communication of key business area communication priorities as required.
  • Working with the Internal Comms Partner to create and deliver executive leadership communications and visibility plans.
  • Working with key partners across the Communications and People team to deliver creative and persuasive story-telling content for use across multiple communications channels.
  • Understanding xDesign’s values, key messaging, tone of voice and how to apply this across all content created
  • Acting as the internal communications champion for xDesign
  • Developing an internal communications calendar to ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and topical based on the business area
  • Drive the use of tools and insight to improve engagement within the business and teams
  • Build and foster relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Work closely with senior leaders to provide strong narratives that support business objectives 
  • Collaborate with the Executive and Operations teams to support change and transformation initiatives through various communication channels 
  • Ensuring all company communications tell a joined-up story, with a consistent look and feel and tone of voice in line with the xDesign brand

 

 

We'd love to talk to you if:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience as an Internal Communications Partner is essential
  • Intranet management experience and knowledge of emerging channel trends and technology
  • Previous experience of working in an innovative, agile environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative copywriting and content writing skills 
  • Ability to generate and edit rich media content
  • Can communicate effectively and build excellent relationships both internally and externally in order to produce relevant content 
  • Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Event experience, tech sector knowledge - not essential but beneficial
